He has 37 years of vast Professional experience and he has served in various companies of Modi Group, earlier as Vice President -Corporate Finance- Rossell Industries Limited for 10 years and as Chief Commercial Officer in Great Eastern Energy Corporation Limited for 15 years.

He has rich professional experience in taxation, finance, and cost management, with a strong focus on strategic financial planning, compliance, and regulatory matters. He has handled direct and indirect taxation, financial reporting, and advisory functions. Currently, he provides expertise in taxation and finance for effective corporate strategy.

  He is Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He is an MBA in Finance and having more than 14 years of overall professional experience including 3 years experience in Food & Energy Sector, 2 years experience in Textile Sector and 9 years experience in packaging industry. In previous roles, he has served the role of MIS Reporting Head, Taxation Expert and Financial Analyst.
